Q: How do I track my order? Where is my tracking number?

Once your order has shipped, an email with your tracking number is sent to the email address associated with the order. If you did not receive your tracking number please check your spam filter settings.



Q: Has my order shipped?

Orders placed on the website on normal business days, Monday through Friday, will be processed and shipped within 3 to 4 business days. All orders placed during non business days, including weekends or federal holidays, will be processed on the next business day and shipped within 3 to 4 business days. The selected shipping method, such as expedited, does not include processing time. You may experience longer lead times through holidays and long weekends.



Q: How long does it take to process my order?

While we try our best to get all order out in a timely manner, please allow 3-4 business days for processing before your order begins to ship. Please also note that overnight or other expedited shipping methods will still require 3-4 business days of processing time. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is packed and ready to ship. You may experience longer lead times through long weekends and holidays.
