Shipping and Returns Policy
Orders placed on the website on normal business days, Monday through Friday, will be processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. All orders placed during non business days, including weekends or federal holidays, will be processed on the next business day and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. The selected shipping method, such as expedited, does not include processing time.
We want you to be happy with your purchasing experience from Strike Industries! ~RMA requests from customers who have a registered account with Strike Industries can submit request directly on their dashboard when logged in to their STRIKE online account. ~RMA requests from customers who purchased products from Strike Industries directly and checked out as a guest can do so directly from the website at the bottom of the homepage. You will need to provide your order number and email address associated with your order. ~RMA requests for customers who purchased through an authorized Strike Industries Dealer will be able to request a return for an equal exchange only for items deemed to be factory-defective by filling out the contact form titled “Third Party Purchases” located at the bottom of the homepage.
Our return policy:
Arrangements for a return and full refund must be made within 30 days of the date the order is received. RMA numbers are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. All packages received without an RMA number will be refunded, however, an automatic 20% handling fee ($2 minimum) will apply. Returned items completed after 30 days of purchase that are not defective will be refunded, however, an automatic 20% handling fee ($2 minimum) shall be deducted from the refund and shipping will not be refunded. Returned items that are received with under non-resalable conditions at the fault of the consumer will refunded minus 50% handling fees. Unless explicitly stated by Strike Industries, any coupon codes provided for customer use are discounts for products, not shipping. Original and return shipping charges for any non-defective returns are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Strike Industries will provide a return shipping label and/or (with Strike Industries prior consent) refund the product including the shipping charges for non-expedited, traceable shipping methods. If in doubt, please contact us and we'll do our best to get you taken care of! Arrangements for a defective exchange or return must be made within 30 days of the date the order is received. Strike Industries offers all customers an option to purchase insurance directly through the United States Postal Service (USPS) at the checkout page. For details on coverage when purchasing insurance through USPS please visit http://pe.usps.com/text/dmm300/503.htm#ep1063624 and refer to section 4. Strike Industries will not be responsible for insured packages that fall under the USPS coverage guidelines.
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, an attempt to contact you will be made and you will be issued a full refund for the order.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund, please contact Strike Industries Support at [email protected]
Rejecting receipt of a package is considered returning the package without Strike Industries consent and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee ($2 minimum). Any fees and shipping charges incurred will be re-billed to the customer and may be deducted from any applicable refund amount.
Unless arrangements are made before delivery, orders that are returned to us will be restocked and are not able to be shipped again. A new order will need to be placed.
Occasionally, packages are not delivered in the expected timeframe and are not able to be located by tracking information (if available). US Postal Service, and other shipping providers, state to wait at least 5 business days after the expected delivery date to consider any missing packages. During times of severe weather, heavy mail times, holiday seasons etc, this time frame should be increased to 10 business days after the expected delivery date. If the package has not been delivered within this set time frame it may be considered missing.
No Movement Tracking Numbers:
Regardless if shipping insurance was purchased or not- If the tracking number received states there has not been an official scan by the USPS, FedEx or UPS please notify us immediately. Please allow Strike Industries at least 10 business days to conduct a thorough investigation, which includes communications with the local carrier service (or other shipping provider). If the package has not been found and/or delivered within this set time frame it may be considered missing and necessary steps will be taken thereafter.
Strike Industries is not responsible for packages that are marked as shipped and/or delivered within the appropriate time frame that are claimed as missing or stolen. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim in this situation.
